Service Description

Sessions begin with where you're at and are guided by where you are going. I am here to help you see your own self a little more clearly and simply walk alongside you as you step into your own inner-power. This booking is for a one and a half hour session, these are longer session times which allows us to ease into our time together a little more slowly and really unfold into the moment. We will utilize activities and therapies such as conscious awareness prompt being fused into daily living, positive self-talk, accepting self-reflection and more.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice of booking cancellation is required to have the session honoured and rescheduled for another time slot. Any cancellations that are required within the 24-hour window will require direct contact and communication with Enriched Alignment in order to have the session honoured.
