Soul-Led Sessions (1 hour sessions)

Service Description

Sessions begin with where you're at and are guided by where you are going. I am here to help you see your own self a little more clearly and simply walk alongside you as you step into your own inner-power. This booking is for one hour sessions; these are shorter time windows comparatively to the one and half hour options available. Free consultations are encouraged prior to booking to ensure that I am the right counsellor for your needs. We will utilize activities and therapies such as conscious awareness prompt being fused into daily living, positive self-talk, accepting self-reflection and more.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice of booking cancellation is required to have the session honoured and rescheduled for another time slot. Any cancellations that are required within the 24-hour window will require direct contact and communication with Enriched Alignment in order to have the session honoured.
